RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We aim for your complete satisfaction.
This policy complies with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act and outlines our returns policy for our online products.
If you wish to return your order we will provide either a full refund, or replacement at our discretion. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the item for refund or exchange, unopened, in original condition with tags/packaging, and proof of purchase. You pay return shipping.
If we determine that the item is faulty then we will refund the original purchase price plus your shipping costs.
Return Process
Contact Stephen via email at pestbang@outlook.com with order number, reason, and photos (if faulty). We'll then provide authorisation and shipping instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
For damaged/incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days of shipping for free replacement or refund.
Additional Notes
All advice on our website or elsewhere is given in good faith. We stand by our products however we cannot control all factors that may vary outcomes, nor do we guarantee 100% protection for your trees from browsing pests.
Policy may update but won't affect existing orders.
